SPARKLY FISH COSTUME
Level: Beginner
What You'll Need:
- 0.60cm x Birch Braided Elastic Sold by The Metre Black 20 mm
- 0.20cm of each Selected fabric (image uses a range of tulles and satin fabrics)
- Needle and thread
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1 - Create waist band from elastic. Measure around waist and sew ends together.
Step 2 - Cut all selected fabrics into 5cm wide strips. Tie all the strips into the waist band. Alternate between fabric types and colors. Continue this process till the skirt is full.
Step 3 - Using the template provided cut out scales from the different fabrics used. These scales can be either glued or sewn on to a t-shirt.
