LIA GRIFFITH CREPE PAPER FLOWERS

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1 - Cut strips of crepe paper to roughly 20cm long

Step 2 - Fold in half and stretch the crepe paper only along the folded edge, this will create the curled edge of the petals.

Step 3 - Turn hot glue gun on.

Step 4 - Begin to wrap the strip around itself and glue in place as you go.

Step 5 - Continue steps 1-5 adding more strips until you have the size flower you want.

Step 6 - Cut a small circle of felt and glue to the base to finish!

Step 7 - To create leaves, cut leaf template out of crepe paper.

Step 8 - Stretch the top of the leaf shape to create a slightly wavy edge.

Step 9 - Twist the base of the leaves to create the stem.

Step 10 - Glue onto base of flower to finish.
