PINWHEEL MOBILE
LEVEL: EASY
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Assorted DCWV paper pads
- Split pins
- Scissors or a Cricut Machine
- Galvanised ring
- Fishing line
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1 - Print out a pinwheel template to 3 different sizes or alternatively if you have a Cricut machine download the pin wheel template and cut out your varying sizes in different coloured paper. Cut a total of 20 pinwheels.
Step 2 -Once all your pinwheels are cut, assemble them using the split rings.
Step 3 -Cut varying lengths of finish wire and tie to the split ring in the centre of each pin wheel.
Step 4 - Once all your pinwheels have fishing line attached to them, you can begin assembling your mobile. One by one tie each pin wheel to the galvanised ring ensuring the lengths are descending from the top. Cut off any excess fishing line. Repeat this process until all pin wheels are hanging.
Step 5 - To finish cut 2 more pieces of fishing line and tie to the top of the ring in 4 opposite positions of the ring to help level out the weight of the mobile. Place hook in roof and hang mobile!
