Warlukurlangu is one of the longest-running and most successful Aboriginal-owned art centres in Central Australia. Ruth is one of the artists part of this inspiring organisation. Ruth grew up in a remote aboriginal community in the Northern Territory. Inspired by her grandparents, she started painting with Warlukurlangu Artists Aboriginal Corporation when she was a teenager. Her designs are mostly inspired by the stories told by her grandparents, and Yanjirlpirri Jukurpa (Star Dreaming) painting taught by her grandmother.
