Textile Colourless Extender may be used for a number of different purposes:
Add to Textile Color to increase transparency and extend the mileage of the paint without affecting the viscosity or compromising its adhesive properties.
Diluting with extender instead of water also gives the color a more consistent and even distribution.
Use as a base for mixing custom colours from dispersed or powdered pigments such as Pearl Ex Powdered Pigments.
Modify artist or craft acrylics to improve wash fastness and hold up to laundering better when applied to fabric.
Use as a protective topcoat on fabric to increase the washability and permanence of markers, coloured pencils, dry pigments, marbling or other media not explicitly formulated for fabric.

Delivery Acceptance

Home delivery orders may be delivered under ‘Authority to Leave’ if the carrier deems it safe to leave items at the delivery address. This is at the carriers discretion. If it is deemed unsafe to leave the items, and no one is home to accept the parcel, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect them from your nearest delivery depot. Once your order has been delivered, Spotlight accepts no responsibility for any damage to, or loss of, your items. If you believe you have not received everything you ordered please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Delivery Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day. Occasionally, during promotional periods or on weekends, it may take longer.

Bulky products will be delivered via courier. Please allow 3 – 7 business days, depending on the delivery location. The courier will be automatically selected based on the goods being shipped, the size and weight, delivery pick-up address and delivery location address. Our couriers deliver weekdays only.

 

Split Delivery

Occasionally, customer’s orders may need to be sourced and supplied by multiple Spotlight locations. If this is the case, then your order will arrive at its destination in more than one consignment and possibly with more than one courier company. The multiple shipping charges are not passed onto the customer. The shipping charge paid at the checkout page of the order will not be exceeded even if multiple deliveries are required.

Returns Information

If you order an item online and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you can return it to us by taking the item to your nearest Spotlight store. If you are unable to get to a store, please call customer care on 0800 276 222.
