Home delivery orders may be delivered under ‘Authority to Leave’ if the carrier deems it safe to leave items at the delivery address. This is at the carriers discretion. If it is deemed unsafe to leave the items, and no one is home to accept the parcel, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect them from your nearest delivery depot. Once your order has been delivered, Spotlight accepts no responsibility for any damage to, or loss of, your items.
