WHAT YOULL NEED

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1. Choose a colour theme or combination of washi tapes you wish to use.

Step 2. Decide on design and directions of washi tape.

Step 3. Start at top of note book or pencil and work your way down sticking tape smoothly across the surface.

Step 4. Repeat with alternating colours and designs until the entire surface is covered.
