KIMONO

LEVEL: EASY
What you'll need:
- 1.8m of Adrianna Nangala Egan printed poplin, 112cm
- Scissors
- Matching thread
- Tape measure
- Sewing machine and over-locker if available
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1 - Cut 1 rectangle 95 x 85cm and 2 rectangles 40 x 85cm.
Step 2 - Following the flat plan join the shoulder seams with right sides together and 1cm seam allowance. Join the side seams, starting 30cm from the shoulder to leave a gap for the armhole and finishing 15cm from the side slits.
Step 3 - If an over-locker with rolled hem facility is available then sew around the armholes, front, back neck, slits and bottom hem to neaten the raw edges. If this is not possible, make a neatened edge with the sewing machine by folding over the edges twice and sewing along the edge. Clip all loose threads and press.
