DIY TULLE WREATH
Level: Easy
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Metal wire wreath green
- 3 x tulle colours 1m of each
- Scissors
- Ribbon
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1 - Cut your tulle into strips roughly 5cm wide by 20cm long. If you want a larger wreath you can cut your pieces longer, the length will be folded in half so keep that in mind when deciding on the size of your tulle strips. Repeat with all your fabrics and bundle together in colours.
Step 2 - Take 2 strips of Tulle and fold them in half together to create a loop. Place the loop over the top of the wire wreath and pull the tulle tails through the loop to secure in place. Repeat this process around the entire bottom layer of wire on the wreath, alternating colours until it is full.
Step 3 - Repeat step 2 on the next layer of wire on the wreath until it is full of tulle.
Step 4 - To finish, cut a piece of ribbon and tie a bow, attaching it to the middle of the wreath. Then cut another piece of ribbon or cord and create a loop to attach at the back of the wreath with a knot. Your wreath is now ready to hang!
