• Free shipping is only valid to destinations within Australia.
• To qualify, your order must be greater than $120 after any sale discounts or coupons are applied. The order value is not inclusive of any quoted freight charges or installation charges.
• Offer excludes Bulky products.
• Offer excludes eGift Cards.
• This offer only applies to orders placed online for delivery.
• This free shipping offer may be withdrawn or altered at any-time.

Online orders must meet the above criteria in full to qualify for free shipping*.

Delivery Methods & Shipping Costs

Individual product pages indicate if an item requires Standard, Made to Measure or Bulky 1 – 5 deliveries.

Delivery on Standard products are capped, no matter how many Standard products you buy. Standard product orders are typically delivered weekdays by Australia Post.

Delivery on Made to Measure and Bulky products are charged per item. All Standard products ordered with Made to Measure or Bulky products are delivered free! Bulky products will be delivered via courier.

Bulky products can only be sent to street addresses.

**Please note Islands cannot be serviced by our Courier Services.  Additional fees may apply for standard delivery to Islands.
**No PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers for Bulky 3 & above.

Delivery Acceptance

Home delivery orders may be delivered under ‘Authority to Leave’ if the carrier deems it safe to leave items at the delivery address. This is at the carriers discretion. If it is deemed unsafe to leave the items, and no one is home to accept the parcel, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect them from your nearest delivery depot. Once your order has been delivered, Spotlight accepts no responsibility for any damage to, or loss of, your items. If you believe you have not received everything you ordered please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please note all Big & Bulky products and Oversized items are delivered via Couriers and cannot be delivered to any Australia Post Services, including Australia Post Offices/ Outlets, Parcel Collect, PO boxes, roadside mailboxes or parcel lockers.

Delivery Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day. Occasionally, during promotional periods or on weekends, it may take longer.

Metro Deliveries - should arrive in 2 – 5 business days
Regional Deliveries -should arrive in 3 – 9 business days
Remote Deliveries - should arrive in 5 – 13 business days

Delivery Areas

Standard products are delivered via the Australia post network and are home delivered where this service exists. If you are outside of their home delivery network, they will deliver to the nearest post office and you will receive a card for collection.

Bulky products require a street address for delivery and are can only be delivered to mainland Australia addresses, including Tasmania. (Some exclusions may apply.) Islands cannot be serviced by our Courier Services. 

Should we be unable to arrange delivery to your location, we will arrange a refund for your order.

Split Deliveries & Multiple Consignments

Occasionally, customer's orders may need to be sourced and supplied by multiple Spotlight locations. If this is the case, then your order will arrive at its destination in more than one consignment and possibly with more than one courier company. The multiple shipping charges are not passed onto the customer.

The shipping charge paid at the checkout page of the order will not be exceeded even if multiple deliveries are required.

International Delivery

Spotlight is unable to ship internationally at this time, however orders can be placed from overseas for delivery to an Australian address.
