Topped with a subtle flecked sheer and finished with an elegant floral border at the base, the Bianca is sold by the metre and is available in a range of drops to suit all types of windows. The 91 cm drop is a great option for bathroom and laundry windows, while the 122 cm, 137 cm and 160 cm drops are perfect for dressing up kitchen windows. The longer 200 cm size is ideal for bedrooms and lounge areas being a standard drop of most windows.

Simply select the drop you require for your window, and calculate the meterage required by multiplying your window's width by at least 2.5 times to allow for sufficient gathering. The versatile rod pocket/pencil pleat heading is perfect for hanging on stretch wire, conduit/cafe rod or a dual fix curtain track - just pick the best option for your budget or desired look. Delivery Acceptance

Home delivery orders may be delivered under ‘Authority to Leave’ if the carrier deems it safe to leave items at the delivery address. This is at the carriers discretion. If it is deemed unsafe to leave the items, and no one is home to accept the parcel, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect them from your nearest delivery depot. Once your order has been delivered, Spotlight accepts no responsibility for any damage to, or loss of, your items. If you believe you have not received everything you ordered please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Delivery Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day. Occasionally, during promotional periods or on weekends, it may take longer.

Bulky products will be delivered via courier. Please allow 3 – 7 business days, depending on the delivery location. The courier will be automatically selected based on the goods being shipped, the size and weight, delivery pick-up address and delivery location address. Our couriers deliver weekdays only.

 

Split Delivery

Occasionally, customer’s orders may need to be sourced and supplied by multiple Spotlight locations. If this is the case, then your order will arrive at its destination in more than one consignment and possibly with more than one courier company. The multiple shipping charges are not passed onto the customer. The shipping charge paid at the checkout page of the order will not be exceeded even if multiple deliveries are required.

Returns Information

If you order an item online and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you can return it to us by taking the item to your nearest Spotlight store. If you are unable to get to a store, please call customer care on 0800 276 222.
