CRAZY CAKE HATS BY DAWN TAN

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Coloured Constructions Paper
- Craft Glue
- Pom Poms
- Scissors
- Coloured Felt
- Trim or Ribbons
- Stapler (For adults to staple hats together)
or simply use clear tape to tape up hat.
You can also use buttons, fabric pieces, cupcake liners etc. I have used the simple stuff but you really can use anything and everything for this project. Even aluminium foil can be squished up to create sparkly balls!
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1 - Cut out a rectangular strip of coloured paper. Make sure it's long enough to wrap around your head.
Step 2 - Using the materials provided, it's up to you how you want to decorate your cake. Working on just 1 side of your long rectangular strip, cut out shapes, stick on pom poms, roll up strips of paper�the ideas are endless!
Step 3 - Once you have finished decorating the entire strip, wrap the strip around your head and secure the two sides with either tape or staples.
VIOLA! You have just made yourself a fancy cake hat. Now time to wear it out loud and proud! Whoohoo!
