CHRISTMAS RESIN COASTERS

What you'll need:
- Ribtex Clear UV Resin
- Ribtex UV Torch
- Crafters Choice Silicone Coaster Mould
- Ribtex Resin Mix-ins such as sequins, scatters, glitter & beads
- Ribtex Gold Letters or Play Jewels Alphabet beads to spell out your favourite Christmas slogan
Instructions
- Safety first, use Ribtex UV Resin in a well-ventilated area and avoid contact with skin. Gloves are recommended.
- Prepare your silicone mould for use, make sure it is clean and dry.
- Pour a small amount of resin into the bottom of the mould.
- Place any items you wish to embed into the resin into your mould.
- Top up the mould with resin and ensure you pop any air bubbles that appear. Waving a heat gun or torch over the resin quickly will help bubbles rise to the surface and pop easily.
- Use UV light to cure your project, a UV torch is great for small projects otherwise direct sunlight will also cure your project.
Note: Curing time depends on the size of your project and the strength of UV light. - Once fully cured, the resin will be hard and not sticky. Remove the project from the silicone mould.
- Smooth any rough edges with fine grit sandpaper.
