CORD KEEPERS

Level: Easy
What you'll need:
- Small pieces of fabric, you will need at least two pieces that measure 5" x 3"
- 1 x 5' x 3' piece of iron on interfacing
- Sewing machine and thread
- Snaps
Instructions:
Step 1- Cut two rectangles of fabric to measure 5" long by 3" wide. Use a round shape, like a glass or a small plate to round off the edges.
Step 2- Iron on the interfacing to one of the pieces of fabric.
Step 3- Place fabric right sides together and sew around the edge with a 1/4" seam allowance. Leave a gap of around 2 inches to turn right sides out.
Step 4- Trim seam allowance on rounded edges using pinking shears and turn right sides out.
Step 5- Press with an iron and top stitch 1/8" in from the edge.
Step 6- Install a snap in the centre of each rounded side. Ensure you check which way you are installing the snaps so they will line up correctly when wrapped around a cord.
