BLANKIE CROCHET BUNNY
Level: Intermediate
What you'll need:
- 3 x Moda Vera Blankie Yarn 300 g balls (Silver)
- 8 mm Crochet Hook
- 500 g Fibre Fill
- Yarn needle, scissors, tape measure.
- One removable stitch marker or large safety pin.
- Small amounts of black and white cotton for facial expression.
- Optional: Small amount of yarn (see below) for Easter Eggs.
Finished Size
Sitting: Approx. 45 cm
Head To Toe: Approx. 65 cm
Tension
Approx. 9sts and 9 rows to 10 cm over pattern, using 8mm hook. Tension not crucial for this project if firm so no stuffing comes through.

Special Stitches
Dc2tog - double crochet 2 sts together as follows - insert hook UNDER FRONT LOOPS ONLY of next 2sts to be worked together and work as one dc.
Note: All parts are worked in continuous rounds. Place stitch marker on last stitch of first round, remove and replace on every round.

Finishing
Stuff Body and Head firmly, gather openings tightly. Stuff Arms & Legs up to approx. 3/4 and oversew openings. Place Arms and Legs on Body and firmly stitch in place. Embroider eyes, nose and mouth on Head using black and white cotton (eyes are always in the middle of the head, not ears). Oversew opening on ears, placing them on head and firmly stitch them in place.

Any scrap yarn can be used and crochet hook size, smaller than recommended to obtain a tight tension. We have used Bella Baby Pebble 100 g Yarn in various colours, two strands held together, and a size 4.5 mm crochet hook.
