FRINGE DRESS

Instructions

Step 1 - Create the base dress as per pattern instructions

Step 2 - Stop before adding the straps, inserting the zipper and lining but do finish the hem

Step 3 - Attach the tassel trim starting from the bottom and stitch the first three layers of tassel on straight with the hem

Step 4 - Then attach the next layers of tassels in a zigzag pattern with the high point at the centre front

Step 5 - attached the last row of tassel straight across the top

Step 6 - Attach the braid to the dress straps

Step 7 - Attached the straps to the dress

Step 8 - Top stitch the braid around the top edge of the dress

Step 9 - Insert the zipper

Step 10 - Trim the last layer of tassel to be a V at the centre front
