FABRIC PINWHEELS

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1 - Press fabrics and cut into 6 x 12.5cm (5") squares and arrange into 3 sets of 2 squares.

Step 2 - From the fusible web cut 3 x 12.5cm (5") squares and fuse to the wrong side of one square from each set. Remove backing paper and fuse to wrong side of the other square in each set to make 3 double-sided squares.

Step 3 - On one side of a square rule lines across the diagonals and mark 2.5cm (1") from the center on each diagonal. Cut from the point along each diagonal to the mark. Optional - topstitch close to the edge around all edges.

Step 4 - Thread the needle, double thread and knot the ends together.

Step 5 - Fold one corner of fabric along the line to the center, bring the needle from the

back through the center and the point of the fabric folded over. Sew down through the point to the back.

Step 6 - Repeat Step 5 for the remaining three points.

Step 7 - Bring needle to the front and sew on a button.

Step 8 - Attach a ribbon along one long edge as a hanger.
