Use & Care:
Hand wash only. Apply a few dots of dish detergent to the brush close to the ferule then put brush under running water. Massage the brush from the ferule toward the brush tips and repeat until clean. Then wrap the brush in a few twirls of paper towel and press down, removing as much water as possible while keeping the shape of the bristles intact. Press on new sections of paper towel until you've squeezed out all the water you can. Leave to dry in dish rack with the bristles in the air.

Delivery Acceptance

Home delivery orders may be delivered under ‘Authority to Leave’ if the carrier deems it safe to leave items at the delivery address. This is at the carriers discretion. If it is deemed unsafe to leave the items, and no one is home to accept the parcel, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect them from your nearest delivery depot. Once your order has been delivered, Spotlight accepts no responsibility for any damage to, or loss of, your items. If you believe you have not received everything you ordered please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

 

Delivery Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day. Occasionally, during promotional periods or on weekends, it may take longer.

Standard and Bulky products are delivered weekdays by Singapore Post. Please allow 2 - 5 business days.

If you have not received your order in 3 weeks, please contact our Customer Care Department.

 

Split Delivery

Occasionally, customer’s orders may need to be sourced and supplied by multiple Spotlight locations. If this is the case, then your order will arrive at its destination in more than one consignment and possibly with more than one courier company. The multiple shipping charges are not passed onto the customer. The shipping charge paid at the checkout page of the order will not be exceeded even if multiple deliveries are required.

If you order an item online and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you can return it to us by taking the item to your nearest Spotlight store. If you are unable to get to a store, please contact our Customer Care Department.
