Glen Plaid Check Printed Double Knit is made from a blend of 85% polyester, 12% rayon and 3% spandex is an easy to knit fabric. This fabric is tightly woven and keeps it shape well with extended use without any colour fading. Due to the tightness of the knit, Ponte is ideal for beginner sewers and does not require finishing or hemming. Perfect for pants, a dress, skirt or top.

A rotary cutter can be used when cutting Ponte knits to obtain a nice cleanly cut edge that can be left unfinished
If using pins when cutting or sewing your garment use long thin pins which will not leave marks on the fabric
Bias knit fusibles can be used for lapels, collars, facings and cuffs if you do not want to have an unfinished look for your Ponte knit
Use a size 70 ball point needle when sewing
For top stitching try using a twin needle size 80/3.0

Delivery Acceptance

Home delivery orders may be delivered under ‘Authority to Leave’ if the carrier deems it safe to leave items at the delivery address. This is at the carriers discretion. If it is deemed unsafe to leave the items, and no one is home to accept the parcel, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect them from your nearest delivery depot. Once your order has been delivered, Spotlight accepts no responsibility for any damage to, or loss of, your items. If you believe you have not received everything you ordered please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

 

Delivery Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day. Occasionally, during promotional periods or on weekends, it may take longer.

Standard and Bulky products are delivered weekdays by Singapore Post. Please allow 2 - 5 business days.

Please note that once your order has been dispatched, please track your order through Singapore Post.

If you have not received your order in 3 weeks, please contact our Customer Care Department.

 

Split Delivery

Occasionally, customer’s orders may need to be sourced and supplied by multiple Spotlight locations. If this is the case, then your order will arrive at its destination in more than one consignment and possibly with more than one courier company. The multiple shipping charges are not passed onto the customer. The shipping charge paid at the checkout page of the order will not be exceeded even if multiple deliveries are required.

Returns Information

If you order an item online and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you can return it to us by taking the item to your nearest Spotlight store. If you are unable to get to a store, please contact our Customer Care Department.
