Curtains & Blinds Safety
At Spotlight we've put together this safety alert so that you and your family can use your blinds with peace of mind. Loose blind and curtain cords and chains - particularly those with loops - are dangerous, as they can cause a strangulation hazard for children.
You must ensure that once installed to your satisfaction, the cords are tied and the excess either cut off or safely secured out of reach of children by winding it around a cleat.
This applies to the following:
- Pencil Pleat Magic Drape
- Pencil Pleat Continuous Sheers
- Pencil Pleat Tapes
- Ready to Hang Pencil Pleat Curtains
- Corded Blinds
- Corded Tracks
