Delivery Acceptance

Home delivery orders may be delivered under ‘Authority to Leave’ if the carrier deems it safe to leave items at the delivery address. This is at the carriers discretion. If it is deemed unsafe to leave the items, and no one is home to accept the parcel, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect them from your nearest delivery depot. Once your order has been delivered, Spotlight accepts no responsibility for any damage to, or loss of, your items. If you believe you have not received everything you ordered please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

 

Delivery Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days. Occasionally, during promotional periods or on weekends, it may take longer. Standard products are delivered weekdays. Please allow 4 to 7 business days.

Returns Information

If you order an item online and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you can return it to us by submitting an enquiry with our Customer Care team. You will need your online tax invoice (email receipt) as information on this is needed as proof of purchase.
