Use fine pins for holding your pattern pieces together.
Use a stretch "ST" or ball point "B" sewing needle 80/12 or 90/14 and polyester thread to get best results when sewing.
A long zig zag stitch can be beneficial in maximising the stretch qualities of your finished garment.
An overlocker is ideal for securing seams.
