Pre-wash, dry and flatten your fabric prior to sewing.
Jersey will curl at the edges when cut.
Relax fabric and lay flat when sewing.
Use a stretch "ST" or ball point "B" sewing needle - 80/12 or 90/14.
An overlocker is ideal for securing seams.
Silicon tape or seam tape can also be beneficial when securing seams and maintaining garment shape.
