X-Press It Gold Metal Leaves

X-Press It Metal Leaves are thin leaves of metal used for gilding. Available in copper, gold and silver metallic shades, each pack contains 25 imitation loose-leaf sheets. These are great for adding shiny detail and finishes to any furniture restoration and decorative projects including mixed media artwork, picture frames, glassware, ceramics and more. Use a brush to apply gold size adhesive to your project surface, leave to dry to a tacky consistency, then gently apply the metal leaf sheet and use a soft dry brush to smooth, adhere and remove excess leaf material. For best results, apply a varnish to prevent tarnishing.
