Delivery Methods & Shipping Costs

Individual product pages indicate if an item requires Standard, or Bulky 1 – 2 deliveries.

Delivery on Standard products are capped, no matter how many Standard products you buy. Standard product orders are typically delivered weekdays by Singapore Post.

Delivery on Bulky products are charged per item. All Standard products ordered with Bulky products are delivered free! Bulky products will be delivered via courier.

Delivery Acceptance

Home delivery orders may be delivered under ‘Authority to Leave’ if the carrier deems it safe to leave items at the delivery address. This is at the carriers discretion. If it is deemed unsafe to leave the items, and no one is home to accept the parcel, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect them from your nearest delivery depot. Once your order has been delivered, Spotlight accepts no responsibility for any damage to, or loss of, your items. If you believe you have not received everything you ordered please contact us within 14 days of delivery.


Delivery Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day. Occasionally, during promotional periods or on weekends, it may take longer.

Standard and Bulky products are delivered weekdays by Singapore Post. Please allow 2 - 5 business days.

Please note that once your order has been dispatched, please track your order through Singapore Post.

If you have not received your order in 3 weeks, please contact our Customer Care Department.


Delivery Areas

Standard products are delivered via the Singapore Post network and are home delivered where this service exists.

Bulky products can only be sent to street addresses and due to carrier restrictions, we cannot deliver Bulky products to Rural Delivery areas.

Should we be unable to arrange delivery to your location, we will arrange a refund for your order.


Split Deliveries & Multiple Consignments

Occasionally, customer's orders may need to be sourced and supplied by multiple Spotlight locations. If this is the case, then your order will arrive at its destination in more than one consignment and possibly with more than one courier company. The multiple shipping charges are not passed onto the customer.

The shipping charge paid at the checkout page of the order will not be exceeded even if multiple deliveries are required.

International Delivery

Spotlight is unable to ship internationally at this time, however orders can be placed from overseas for delivery to a Singapore address.
